Tracy Phillips [00:01:41]:

I wanna do funny things while you’re reading my I wanna do, like, shtick or something. Right? Like, it’s so funny hearing p other people talk about you, but well done. Well done. Thank you.

Laura Kåmark [00:01:51]:

Thank you. I’m really excited to get to know you a little better. We met briefly at the Experts Connect event that the fabulous Renee Hribar Put on Renee was on one of the earlier episodes of the podcast. I’ll link that up in the show notes. But can you tell our audience a little bit about how you Talk about your business. Tell me how you got here to where you are today.

Tracy Phillips [00:02:12]:

So in 19 diggity 2 no. So I have been in the video production world for over 2020 years, and I started in documentaries. And then about 8 years ago, I trans I I kinda found the online mark I was like, I discovered the Internet. Right? Like but I found online marketing, and it was through, you know, Jeff Walker and just this Online marketing, and I was meeting women, and they were, like, not comfy confident. And so I really started my business helping establish women, women who had a lot of authority and credibility Offline, get comfortable online because there’s you know, a lot of the people I work with have been very successful, but they don’t have the confidence to show up and talk about what they do on video. And so it’s really where I started online, and I realized that was good and I was helpful, but it wasn’t really, like, fueling me. Right? It wasn’t it wasn’t what I love to do, which is in documentaries. I loved, like, meeting people and drawing stories out of them and just Really getting to know people.

Tracy Phillips [00:03:09]:

And so, about 5 years ago, I started doing video testimonials just remotely because clients I was helping were like, I really need this, and I was like, oh, that’s okay. And it was very, very sporadic, I’ll say, because I was doing everything. I was doing the interviewing and the editing and the delivery, like, all the graphics, everything. And so it was way too overwhelming, and I was like, well, this is not a sustainable business. I got a business coach. She was like, yes. Like, you don’t have to do everything. I was like, what? You know? And so now it you know, and she was like, this is a scalable service model.

Tracy Phillips [00:03:41]:

Right? You can do the interviews, but you don’t have to do anything else. And I was like, well, that sounds Fantastic. And so what I did was it’s called the Testimagical, which was named by one of my clients, and I love word smashes. And I was trying to put together something with testimonial, and she was It’s a testmagical because it is a testimonial that’s magical because I keep making money from that same clip over and over again, and I was like, Test magical it is. It’s memorable. It could be sound a little dirty, which is why I think Renee. Renee from stage was like, test magical. And now I can’t I whenever I see her, she just does this.

Tracy Phillips [00:04:16]:

Mhmm. Because it is. It’s fun and it’s memorable. But what it is is remote video testimonials, and we work for corporations, companies, successful entrepreneurs, coaching, that type of thing, but also we’ve been doing recruiting videos and, fundraising videos. Because, again, when you think about making decisions and being able to see people talk about and give value. They’re they’re able to express your value as a business owner in a way that you can’t do that. Right? Like, you can’t do it. And so The method and the the the process that we’ve created is we’re creating a space where people can’t get it wrong.

Tracy Phillips [00:04:52]:

Like, video is so hard to capture in that capacity. You can interview someone, but if you’re interviewing me about your service, Laura, I’m not gonna say the same thing that I’m on with someone else, and they’re ask like, they’re asking me, like, really well well constructed questions, or I like to say conversations. Are more like bullet points. And so it’s become this great thing where it fuels me in that I do get to interview people and get to know people and draw people out. And my favorite thing, I think, is when when I see someone who they just seem a little closer. They’re nervous, or they’re not quite sure. And and the reason this is for everybody is they wanna do a good job for you. We’re like they they’re on and they’re afraid of messing up, and I say, you can’t mess up.

Tracy Phillips [00:05:35]:

This isn’t live. If you say something you don’t wanna say, well, do it over. It doesn’t have to match. And suddenly, they’re like, and then they shine. Right? And so I love it because what I tell people is we’re able to capture video where people are answering from their hearts and not their heads.

Laura Kåmark [00:05:53]:

Yeah. Oh, I love that. That’s so amazing. I Video is so fascinating to me. I know I’ve gotten a lot of comments from people. They’re like, you’re very comfortable on video. I’m like, oh, I I didn’t realize that. I just like talking to people, and I find now I struggle talking on the phone more because I can’t see the person.

Laura Kåmark [00:06:17]:

And I’m like, it’s hard for me to follow the conversation. Could we get on a Zoom call? Because I spend so much of my day on Zoom.

Tracy Phillips [00:06:24]:

Yes. Yes. But But that’s what I love about Zoom. I and, yeah, I was I was working on Zoom years before COVID. Right? This is just I ran like, I did my coaching through it. I was Interviewing people. Like, I was using Zoom, because I’ve been working for home for 10 years. I like to say I’m the Internet mullet.

Tracy Phillips [00:06:40]:

Like, business on top and nap on the bottom. Like, literally nap. I still have my pajama bottoms on. I do. Yeah. But It is. There’s something about being able to connect with someone who lives in California, and I’m in Michigan, or I get to interview people from all over the world, and it’s so exciting to me to be able to put a face to somebody. And I’m I’m the same as you.

Tracy Phillips [00:07:02]:

If someone texted or whatever, like, can we just hop on a Zoom? Right? Like, I you know, or podcasts or anything like that where they’re not recording the video. I’m like, why? Hey. Video is so powerful.

Laura Kåmark [00:07:14]:

Yeah. It’s so good. I wanna talk a little bit about you mentioned at the beginning that you We’re helping people who weren’t really comfortable when they first get on. Are there any tips that you have for our audience who are like

Tracy Phillips [00:07:27]:

You’re not gonna like them, Laura. Don’t ask.

Laura Kåmark [00:07:30]:

I feel uncomfortable. How do

Tracy Phillips [00:07:31]:

I get comfortable? I do. And and, again, like, the first thing I wanna tell people is, like, there’s no one taking wonder. There are people who are maybe a little more comfortable Or they’re not as self conscious, and that’s fine, but the rest of us, like and I say the rest of us because my journey is probably like a lot of people. I was a professional behind the camera. I was calling the shots. I was the one in charge. When I started my online business and had to put myself in front of the camera, I sucked. And so my biggest advice is, you have to be willing to be a beginner, And you are going to suck.

Tracy Phillips [00:08:01]:

So even someone who starts pretty good, if they go back a year and they’re consistent and they do it, They’ll go back and still think they suck. So even though we look at it and go, yeah. It’s pretty good. They’re like, no. I can do better. Right? And so everybody sucks at first, and I talk about something called the expectation gap. And that is you watch people on video on the Internet, and they’re here. And you’re like, That’s what I want, but you’re here.

Tracy Phillips [00:08:24]:

Right? And the gap is not nearly as big as you think it is. But the problem is you think that you’re gonna go from here to here without practicing or doing anything or, I don’t know, taking a little pill that, like, makes you great on camera the next day. I don’t know what it is, but that is the expectation is that that’s how you’re going to bridge the gap. The only way to bridge the gap from here to here is by making videos and sucking, making videos and sucking, Making videos and sucking. And that is the only way, and that’s how everybody does it. That’s how every single person online gets that’s comfortable on camera. And so you will not only stop sucking, you will start going, why did I, like, Really? Because it’s us. Like, we tell ourselves stories, reasons we shouldn’t be on, and I’ve heard them all.

Tracy Phillips [00:09:09]:

But, Truthfully, that is the biggest advice I give people because there’s so many excuses, and I like to say excuses are like belly buttons. Everybody has them, but they’re useless. So if you’re allowing not going on camera to, like, stunt your business or either, like that’s on you. You are choosing that, and so you have to choose. I like to say, choose to suck. I like to suck a little bit today, Do it again. And so you really just have to, you know, get clear on what you’re talking about, commit, and be consistent, And you will get better, and you’ll get more comfortable. And, honestly, like, I haven’t worked with anybody who you know, they might not love it, but they’re like, oh, whatever.

Tracy Phillips [00:09:48]:

I don’t even really think about it anymore. And that’s coming from someone who I have a client who used to throw up before she went on video. Yeah. She’s a huge executive too. Like, she’s and I was like, are you Kidding me. You get up in front of the room of, like, thousands of people. She’s like, yeah. That doesn’t bother me at all.

Tracy Phillips [00:10:04]:

And I’m like, heck. Kelby right. So we just I just made her do videos over and over and over again. Like, she hated it. And so, like, she would send me something. I’m like, how many takes did you do? And she’s like, 30, and I was like, and we’re seeing? She’s like, number 2. And I’m like, right. So you recorded 28 extra videos for no particular reason, and I’m sure a Lot of people, right, like, just go with the first one, and then make it better the next time.

Laura Kåmark [00:10:29]:

Oh, that’s so interesting to me because I do that where I’m recording a presentation for, like, a summit, and I tried to do I had I was stalling, stalling, stalling. And I had one of my friends was like, just go do a quick run through, and I was so exhausted by the end of it. I’m like, I’m sure it’s fine. It’ll be great. I I don’t wanna do that again. It took so much time, and I’m like, it’s fine. Done is better than perfect, and I

Tracy Phillips [00:10:52]:

find it more Done is better than perfect.

Laura Kåmark [00:10:54]:

Yeah. And I find it’s more relatable when people have little, like, mistakes, if you will.

Tracy Phillips [00:11:00]:

I’m so glad you said that because that’s exactly I was I didn’t wanna interrupt you, but that’s exactly what I was going to say is, you’re human. I’m human. If you show up and it sounds very practiced and, scripted and, like you know, listen. I do webinars. I do them all the time, and they are written word for word. My jokes are written there because I can’t go off script. Like, I will, like, go to down the crazy train. But everybody goes like, oh my god.

Tracy Phillips [00:11:23]:

How did you do a 45 minute webinar without notes? And I’m like, I am reading I am reading every single word. Right? But if I miss a word or I mess up, I’m like, easy for me to say. I will like, I have trainings out there in the world where and it it’s people’s favorite parts. Or, like, where I acknowledge that I didn’t get something right or some my dog takes the pillow. You know? I’m I’m, like, trying to get the dog away and doing this or, you know, like, just Just let the dog come in and do what he needs to do because we’re human. And so people will connect on a much more, I wanna say, like, a much deeper level because they’re like, oh, she’s just like me. You’re not Relatable. Right.

Tracy Phillips [00:12:00]:

It’s very relatable. And if you show up and you’re perfectly crossed and perfectly scripted, it’s why The trend in video is really too real, raw, human, like, cuts, not slick Video editing, and they’ve done tons of studies that consumers, audiences prefer real raw video to highly produced commercial video. I hope everybody just heard that. You know? Right. Because we all real and raw. And so Just kind of embracing those. I had to best compliment someone who also taught video, and she reached out to me once And she’s like, I just wanna thank you because you have given me permission to show up on video as the quirky person I am. I was trying to be somebody else, and that’s the thing.

Tracy Phillips [00:12:48]:

It’s like, who are you trying to show up with? I am there is no one quirkier than I am. Right? Like, I I consider myself hilarious, and I tell people that. I like I was like, I think I’m hilarious. Right? And and that makes them they’re like, wait. Did she just say that? Yeah. Yeah. So I think there’s there’s magic in just being

Laura Kåmark [00:13:06]:

human. Yes. Oh, I can’t agree more. I love that. Okay. I wanna talk a little more about video testimonials and for for our audience. Like, if they’re like, oh, I have great written testimonials for

Tracy Phillips [00:13:18]:

clients. Let’s

Laura Kåmark [00:13:21]:

let’s talk about how to how can they get video testimonials from clients? How can they get to that next step?

Tracy Phillips [00:13:27]:

So Written testimonials are great, and they have a place, but they are not nearly as effective as video testimonies. And so the weight of a video testimonial, and, again, when we talk about a humanness, is 90 3 present of what you convey is done through gestures and what you’re doing with your face. You get 0 of that in a written testimonial. Testimonials are the written testimonials are static and generally faceless. And I’m really glad you mentioned this because I get a lot of people who are like, I don’t need you know, and I have tons of Google reviews or, oh, I put this on there. And, again, those are great. But with the uptick in AI, there is a huge Decrease in brand trust. People do not and I forget what the status is from Forbes, but I think it was, like, 69% of people said they don’t believe The reviews that they’re reading.

Tracy Phillips [00:14:24]:

That’s a problem. Right? That’s a problem because if it can be autogenerated and I’m guessing your audience, My audience is, anyway, it’s like, who would do that? They are. Yep. Do. You right? And so A video testimonial cannot be faked. It cannot be. And so what people really are tapping into is when, you know, a human sees another human, They either see a piece of themselves in that or, again, like I said, like, that person is able to convey the value of your business, product, whatever it is, in a way that you simply can’t do in written testimonials and you and you can’t really do yourself. Like, you you, Laurie, can be like, I’m amazing, and I love people who do that.

Tracy Phillips [00:15:05]:

Like, I say it all the time. Right? And my family’s like, yes. You’re amazing. But it does not you know, people believe what Other people say about your business, and I always say, your brand is not your business. Your brand is what other people are saying about your business. So if they’re not saying anything, what does that say about your business? And so video testimonials are tough because, You know, there’s apps for it. There’s pea like, I know people teach, like, just do the interview. But as we talked before, like, I’m not gonna open up as much.

Tracy Phillips [00:15:39]:

If if you’re asking me about you, I’m still guarded. Right? Because I’m not quite sure. Like, what if I don’t say the right thing or that’s not is that what you I don’t know. So it’s tough for me to teach, and that’s why, you know, it’s a 100% done for you service. But interviews would be the place I would start. What I would do is interview and and record just their side. So you’re recording both. So the way we used to do it, we don’t use Zoom anymore because we use a high quality we we have, like, a online virtual studio that records both sides high def.

Tracy Phillips [00:16:10]:

And so but what you’re able to do is if you’re using Zoom is pin their video so we just see them still have the conversation because because at least you’ll be able to pull moments of them saying things about you where you’re not side by side. I think people see interviews and feeds, and they’re like, I don’t have time to watch a 30 minute interview. I don’t have time. Like and so what I like to do is make it short, make them comfortable. Again, they don’t wanna screw up, so so may help them look and sound good. Like, I saw coming on here. I love that it’s like, I’m going to be recording video and audio. Thank you, Lar, because I like I said, I’ve shown up on podcast where I think it’s video, and I’ve, like, spent the time to get well, the whole 5 minutes to get ready.

Tracy Phillips [00:16:52]:

And the guy showed up, and he wasn’t on camera the whole interview. And I was like, it would have been awesome to know that we weren’t gonna be recording video. Because I would not have gotten dressed for you, my friend. Right? And so so you wanna be kind and help them and touch points and let them know how it’s gonna be, but also make it short. Make it short. And here’s a little trick. You’re interviewing and we’re talking, whatever it is you’re you’re you’re figuring out what you want them to say first And then crafting the question or bullet point. Like, for, like so so you have to think about the answer you want to craft the question.

Tracy Phillips [00:17:30]:

I don’t the biggest mistake I see with written testimonials and with video testimonials is that people make 2 critical mistakes. 1, they ask everybody the same exact questions. You know what you’re gonna The same exact answer, Laura’s great. Laura’s great. Laura’s great. Right? That that’s not helpful. It’s nice. Agreed.

Tracy Phillips [00:17:51]:

And the second mistake is that they ask too many questions, You know, and they’re they’re they’re just not specific enough to the person you’re interviewing. And so, again, if you could pin their video and get these moments, but thinking about What do you want them to say? And maybe they say something and it’s awesome. Have them say it in a shorter sound bite so you can pull it out. Like, don’t be afraid to kind of Create the experience so you get what you need on on that video testimonial. So for for folks who are like, I really wanna do this, but I don’t have budget or I like, I just. That is where I would start. You know, there’s some basics. You wanna make sure they’re framed well.

Tracy Phillips [00:18:27]:

They have good lighting. You can hear them. Those would be The 1st places I would start, and then, yeah, and then that that requires editing. Right? You’re editing out the little the little bits, but it’s necessary. When we talk about, Again, the weight of video testimonials versus any other kind of marketing, even marketing folks will tell you it is the biggest sales asset they have, our video testimonials.

Laura Kåmark [00:18:51]:

Oh, I love that. So I wanna know your thoughts on the apps because I use an app where I send it, I have the questions, pulls the question up, they have time to read the question and record it in little bits. What’s your thought on that? You don’t look real happy.

Tracy Phillips [00:19:05]:

Do you want my real to wanna know.

Laura Kåmark [00:19:08]:

Can’t filter. I don’t have it. Like, I always tell people.

Tracy Phillips [00:19:10]:

I’m like, I can’t do happy clapper club. I don’t know how. I have no filter, Laura, and here are my thoughts on those because I have been on the receiving end of that where someone was like, hey. We got this app, and I thought, I’m interested. I’ll do it. I don’t love them. So here’s the thing. If you are getting usable answers and they’re compelling and it’s like moving the needle for you, Then do it.

Tracy Phillips [00:19:36]:

Right? It just really depends on the answers you’re getting. Well, like so I can’t tell people not to use it. My experience with apps are I was at a live event where there were A 1000 people in the room, and that was their ask to I I forget what the app was, but they were like, please go and do this. I happen to know people on the back end of this business, and I asked, how many did you get? 11. 11 out of a 1000 people did it. How many were usable? 0. So I always say you get what you pay for. Right? Like so people hire me to come to their events.

Tracy Phillips [00:20:09]:

To do that, we pick a room. We have people coming in. Right? Like, it’s a very so so my experience with the apps In my experience, when you’re asking someone to drop a video or or make a video is, again, it puts all of the pressure on them, And so they’re afraid they’re gonna get it wrong. In my experience again, at the point this is, like, maybe 2 years ago. I’m really comfortable at this point on camera. Like, I’m thinking whatever I’ll breeze through it. You know? Like, you can rerecord, rerecord, rerecord. I like, I left so frustrated because I’m like, no.

Tracy Phillips [00:20:44]:

That’s that’s not right. That’s not what I really wanted to say. And then I kept thinking about it, and I had so I don’t love them because I don’t think you again, I don’t think they’re answering from here. I think they’re answering from here, and they’re so worried. Again, you’re gonna always get that outlier who’s like, great. I’ll do it. I was at a live event yesterday. Huge marketing guy.

Tracy Phillips [00:21:03]:

Works with Donald Miller. Like, has a brand agency. At the end of it, I thanked him. I was like, that was really good. He’s like, Hey. I have a really fun idea. Wanna wanna drop a video for me since you’re the video testimonial lady. I was like, yeah.

Tracy Phillips [00:21:17]:

Yeah. No problem. You’re gonna interview me? No. No. Just say whatever. So he’s holding his phone up to me. Say whatever. How about asking me, before I came into the event, what was I expecting, and did it meet my expectations? Because that would have me go, oh my gosh.

Tracy Phillips [00:21:36]:

This blew what I thought I was walking into out of the water. What I ended up saying was, like, it was amazing. I said that. It was amazing because I was like, you I got nothing. Like, you throw a camera up in my face. So so, again, like, I don’t love it. Obviously, I do have a very big opinion on this,

Laura Kåmark [00:21:55]:

Laura. That’s why I asked. I knew you would.

Tracy Phillips [00:21:57]:

But and, again, like but I never wanna discourage people and say, like, well, I’m not ready. I can’t, like you know, try something and see how it works. Yeah. That’s that’s what I’m gonna say. Is it ever good for you? I’ll ask you that.

Laura Kåmark [00:22:09]:

You know, the clients who’ve gotten back to me, I had one who she didn’t use the app. She just recorded herself. It was probably one of the sweetest videos and, like, you could just feel the connection we have as a client. And, like, there was a lot of emotion coming from it. It was really awesome to see it, and she didn’t actually she, I think missed the app piece of it. I have another client that just filled 1 out after I was, like, prodding her for a while. I’m like, you can’t be my favorite client. If you I don’t have a study for you.

Laura Kåmark [00:22:37]:

You will that badge will be taken away. And so she’s like, oh, I thought I did that already. I’m like, nope. And she within, like, 3 days, I had it, And she’s very comfortable on camera. She’s very has a YouTube channel. Like, she and I that’s a lot of my clients are doing a lot of video anyway. And, I mean, she went off on some tangents. She’s hilarious.

Laura Kåmark [00:22:58]:

I can’t I still haven’t done anything with it. I need to take it and then, like, edit in all the things I do. But it was great. Like

Tracy Phillips [00:23:03]:

Right. And so, again, like, from that, you have usable bits. Yeah. Exactly. That is not the case for everybody. But, again, like, if You are watching this or listening to this, and you’re like, well, yeah. I think, actually, some of my clients might be okay. Then do it.

Tracy Phillips [00:23:16]:

Or like that that like, then you’ll have something. And it’s better to have Something with humans on video than nothing. Yeah. Right?

Laura Kåmark [00:23:23]:

Oh, I love that. I know. I do it. Now you are kinda making me think I because I Had thought recently, I’m like, oh, I should do some inner client interviews just to get some of the some more testimonials, just get some more in-depth feedback. And that’s actually been something kinda I had put a pin in it, but that might that pin might be coming up.

Tracy Phillips [00:23:40]:

So let me obviously, you’re recording it. Have it transcribed too because The magic so when when we do testimagicals, part of, their deliverables is they they get a transcription every single 10. We do 10 interviews. That’s marketing gold because we can only use small parts of it. Right? But then they have all this other Stuff that that says all these wonderful things and it’s good for post. We are also working with the VA now where we’re also gonna deliver. We’ll put it through AI so that okay. And here’s a LinkedIn post that you should use with Julie’s clip, and here’s this.

Tracy Phillips [00:24:16]:

And send this to Julie And ask her to post it with this so that Julie doesn’t have to worry about doing anything. You’re just telling her what to do. Right? So, like, we’re making it easy. But so the interviewing is great Simply because you’re going to have all of this other marketing gold, you know, kind of baked into the to the interview.

Laura Kåmark [00:24:35]:

Oh, I love that. I wanna switch gears a little bit because we are getting close to our time. And I wanna ask you. I’m so big on celebrating our wins. Like, I think we don’t always do it a lot as women, as entrepreneurs. I’m big on, like, making cheese plates. I know you follow me on social. I’m sure you’ve seen my cheese plates all over the place.

Tracy Phillips [00:24:55]:

Plates are enviable. Enviable.

Laura Kåmark [00:24:59]:

What is something that We can celebrate you that you’re really proud of that you’ve done in your business that we can celebrate.

Tracy Phillips [00:25:07]:

You know what? I’m gonna actually go a different route because, like, I have 20 years of experience. I’m very like, I’m proud of the work I do, and part of my why is giving other people voices. Right? Like, so I allow my clients to, you know, Get visibility and authority, but it’s by giving voices to their clients and customers. And so that that’s something I I’m always Proud of. I’m gonna go a different route though and tell you that my daughter just turned 12 a week ago, and I am proud of the mother that I am. And I got it. Like, I’m almost getting a little teary eyed because I am not a naturally maternal person. And so 12 is becoming as anybody with any teen tween girls can be challenging, and I am researching.

Tracy Phillips [00:25:55]:

I am listening to books, and I am really trying to be a mom who who hears her and allows her to blossom in a way. And so I am trying to parents in a way I wasn’t parented. My mom’s great, but not, Like, just was not very supportive in that way, and so I am proud this week particularly of being a good mom. So I know that’s not where you’re going, but that’s what I’m proud of this week.

Laura Kåmark [00:26:22]:

No. That’s That’s amazing, and I love that. As a mother of 2 young chil young girls who were not quite there yet, we’re just getting into the my youngest just started kindergarten, but, like, 12 I mean, 11, 12, 13 is always on my

Tracy Phillips [00:26:38]:

Reach out to me. I have the best book ever for it. I will.

Laura Kåmark [00:26:41]:

Yeah. So I have 1 final question I ask everyone who comes on the show, and that is what is 1 piece of advice you would give to someone when they are growing and scaling their business to help them be bolder, be louder, and make waves.

Tracy Phillips [00:26:57]:

Hey. I love the question. That’s a great question. And these are one of those questions because I wanna think about it. I wanna be mindful, and I wanna do a good job answering it. And that My answer is truly going to be don’t lose who you are in order to show up online. Show up as the person you are offline, online, and that is how you are in the scale, grow, and stand out. And that is something I learned the hard way, and I think a lot of people would agree, like, you’re trying on all these different things because you think or you’re like, you should use this, mother.

Tracy Phillips [00:27:35]:

It’s why I love Renee so much because, like, there is no one else like Renee. Right? And so but you know that she is showing up a 100% like herself, and I people know that and feel it, and immediately that’s an attraction. So I would say, like, just be the person that you are offline, online, and that that alone will really help you make bold moves.

Laura Kåmark [00:27:59]:

Oh, I love that so much. That’s great advice. Tracy, where can everyone find you, go hang out with you, get more test magical in their life?

Tracy Phillips [00:28:08]:

It’s so easy. It’s it’s testimagical everything. Right? @testmagical testmagical.com. You can email me at [email protected]. I do my own email It’s something my VA keeps trying to take away, and I’m like, no. No. I like responding. So yeah.

Tracy Phillips [00:28:23]:

So all all things, all test magical. But I am always very available. People can I will respond to DMs? I will respond to things, but I am a true connector. And so, yeah, I just reach out. I’m here.

Laura Kåmark [00:28:37]:
