Flywheel
My top recommendation for hosting. In the world full of hosting plans, not all are created equal, and you definitely get what you pay for. Flywheel also has some of the nicest customer support reps that I have ever had the pleasure of chatting with, they are super knowlegeable and incredible helpful.
WP Engine
My second recommendation for hosting is WP Engine (who aquired Flywheel in 2019). You want fast speed and great customer support, you can’t go wrong with either of these two hosting options.
WordPress
I build all my clients websites with wordpress. I love how you can do just about anything on this platform, so go ahead and dream your big ideas.
Divi Theme
Divi by Elegant themes is one of the top website themes there is. The builder is very user friendly with limitless possibilites.
Business Essentials
Image Optium
This is one of the neatest (free) tools to optimize your images BEFORE uploading to your website.
Acuity Scheduling
I use this tool to connect my calendar to my offerings, take payments and send out the first set of emails. So basically my clients can book without the back and forth and the process is just about 97% automated.
Active Campaign
I believe in the power of growing an email list and nurturing that list with all the value that you can. Active Campaign is my preferred email marketing system.
Dropbox
Use for files, storage and collaboration.
Loom
This screen recording tool is great for creating walk though tutorials for family, friends and clients.
ThriveCart
Cart Checkout, one time payment for Lifetime Access. Plus, you can add on ThriveLearn to host your courses without the annual fee.
CleanTalk
If your contact form is getting blasted with spammy bot submissions, try this premium plugin (totally worht the $12 a year payment)
Google Workspace
There’s a reason Gmail is known as the king of email hosting, get Google Workspace for your domain email sending.
