Hello, and welcome to this week’s show. For those of you who don’t already know me, I’m Laura Kåmark, website and sales funnel specialist who works with coaches and consultants who love their work, but not their tech. I’m so excited to introduce you to my guest today, Lynita Mitchell-Blackwell.

Laura Kåmark [00:00:51]:

Lynita is the intuitive business coach who leads her clients to live life on fire for the ultimate success, life with peace, joy, and fulfillment. Lynita has built an award winning law firm and publishing house and is a number one best selling author, CPA, and an an ordained new thought minister and recognized nationally as an outstanding community leader. Based on her latest book, Lynita loves sharing the formula to the ultimate successful life with peace, joy, and fulfillment. Lynita, thank you so much for coming on the show today. Can you Tell our listeners a little bit about how you got to where you are today.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:01:30]:

Absolutely. And it was kinda how I got to you With some really good connections, networks, and favor. How about that? So I got into coaching particularly with the intuitive business process because I was my first client. So I, have had a beautiful life. I have a wonderful family, great support system with my community, And they all gave me their blueprint for a successful life, which was to work hard and, make money, And you’ll be successful, and you will live happily ever after. And by the smile on your face, I know that we were raised by the same parents. Weren’t we? And and to be honest with you, it served me well. I got my CPA license, my law license.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:02:23]:

I founded my law practice. I had an award winning media company for 5 years, publishing house, and accolades up and down my arms. Right? And it was great until it wasn’t. Because I was addicted to the applause and having other people tell me how great I was, and I would do just about anything to hear that, oh, you’re just so wonderful, Anita. Just love having you on the team and you being here. And So if that meant going, like, days with only a couple of hours of sleep, I did that. Mhmm. And I said yes To a lot of things that I should’ve said no to.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:03:03]:

And it was not until my then 6 year old daughter Found me passed out in the middle of the floor from exhaustion, and I was too tired to get up to put my baby to bed. She literally put her Disney princess’s blanket on me and kissed me on the forehead and said good night, mama. And the only thing I had strength to say was good night, baby. I knew something had to change. But, you know, Laura, and and we’ve all been there. We know something has to shift, but we don’t know what. We don’t know how. And we we are not ready to change our mindset so that spirit can send the resources.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:03:44]:

Right? And so it took you 2 years More of, my body manifesting the breakdown that was happening emotionally and mentally. And I Wind up in the hospital with stage 4 endometriosis, which is the uncontrolled growth of uterine cells outside the Europe uterus. And I had a series of brutal surgeries and was taking horrible medications. One of them was a cancer drug to try to burn enough of it off so they could do the rest of the surgery that was necessary. And so I spent a lot of time in hospitals and home resting. I had a lot of time to think and to pray. And and I remember saying to god, if you bring me out of this, I will find whoever I need to help me turn this corner, and, that’s when things shifted. That’s when my mind changed.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:04:40]:

And I started working with a performance coach, Rowena Silveira Beck, who had me to scale down my life because I had literally 7 pages single space of roles and responsibilities, and we got that down to 2. And as That part of my life healed. My body was healing. My heart was healing. And people saw the change in me. And they ask, what are you doing? And so I’d share with them that, no, I had not forsaken all my worldly goods and gone to live on the top of the mountain. I was still practicing law and running my businesses, but I was doing it in a way that Showed me and anyone around me that I no longer place my value and my self worth in other people’s hands. And so that’s how I started helping other people like me because I would share my story and they’re like, we were raised by the same community.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:05:38]:

I know. I know. We were. We were. But, you know, you get to a place in life where you’re just like, I can’t blame anybody else for where I am now. I’m a grown woman. Yep. It’s time to make some changes.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:05:50]:

And so that’s how I wound up, here as the Intuitive Business Coach.

Laura Kåmark [00:05:55]:

Oh my goodness. What a powerful story. I feel like so many of us can relate to that that that burnout, that drive to keep going, and we get in these this habit. And it’s just a cycle, and it can be so hard to break break free from.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:06:10]:

Yes. It can. But I tell you, if not for anybody else, because you can’t do it for your child. They will grow up and go away. You can’t do it for your spouse because you’re both Evolving. Right? It has to be for you. It really does. Because this life is ours to do it as we Will.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:06:31]:

We are the creators of it, and we can deconstruct and reconstruct at will, but we have to have the will.

Laura Kåmark [00:06:38]:

So are you finding so when you with your coaching practice, when people come to you, this is typically where they’re at. They’re in this burnout cycle. Is that?

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:06:47]:

So they wouldn’t even categorize it necessarily as burnout. What has happened is they’re disillusioned because They know that happiness is not on the other side of this rainbow. The happily ever after is not there with just happiness. And the difference between happiness and what we’re really seeking is joy, is that happiness is to determine externally. Someone else determines whether you are happy. You’re happy if externally. Someone else determines whether you are happy. You’re happy if the sun is out, but you’re sad if it’s not.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:07:16]:

You’re happy when your girlfriend comes into town and y’all can run around and shop till you drop, but then you’re sad if she misses her flight or your money isn’t exactly where it needs to be. So that’s not exactly what you’re looking for. You’re looking for joy, something that is sustainable, something that is honestly, it’s an inside job. So The way to ensure that you have that joy no matter what is going on externally is through gratitude, thanksgiving, and I learned this morning from doctor Laura, The other lord? Kindness. And when you put those together, that is a renewable fuel source for your life. So no matter what is going on financially, if things are going crazy in your business, in your ships because that’s just part of life. I heard a young person say life be life, and I was like, I like that. That’s exactly right.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:08:14]:

But you can still have joy. And so that’s what I work with my clients on is establishing what joy looks like for them. For me, it’s peace and filming. And so it doesn’t mean that I don’t still like nice things. I do. That’s why I go to work every day. You know, I like having a roof over my head. I like having a nice car.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:08:34]:

It just means that even if the roof caves in, I can find something to be grateful for. How about it didn’t cave in on my

Laura Kåmark [00:08:41]:

head? Yeah.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:08:42]:

Right. That I’m safe. So that’s that’s what I I work with them to get to.

Laura Kåmark [00:08:50]:

Oh, I love that. I love how you’re differentiate differentiating between happiness and joy. I don’t know that I’ve heard that explained that way before, and I it makes so much sense to me.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:09:01]:

Well, you know, these ad agencies, they’re paid a lot of money to convince you that happiness and joy are synonymous.

Laura Kåmark [00:09:07]:

Mhmm.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:09:07]:

And the reason they want to do that is so you will spend money on things that will make you happy. Happiness because it is Transactional and it is, temporary means that you will continue to purchase. If you think about this stat, 78% of people are willing to pay for experiences so they can be happy. So we’ve just put a price tag on that, but there’s no price tag for joy, and that’s why nobody’s talking about joy.

Laura Kåmark [00:09:42]:

Yeah. I mean, I’m thinking you know, this is getting me to think, like, what are the things that bring me joy? Like, Things that bring me joy. I love going outside and moving, like getting some movement. That brings me joy. Moving my body, I went for a 4 hour 4 hour 4 mile hike earlier this week. I cut out early. I have one of those friends in town that’s not normally in town. I was like, oh, wanna go for a hike? And it brought me so much joy for us to go out and, like, move around and be outside.

Laura Kåmark [00:10:10]:

I was very grateful that I have my own business and can take off, you know, on a Tuesday and go for a hike in this beautiful weather that we’re getting in Southern California in the fall.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:10:22]:

But, you know, I would challenge you and say Mhmm. So that the real joy is your gratitude of having the business where you can take off, And the happiness is the hike with your friend.

Laura Kåmark [00:10:33]:

I love it.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:10:35]:

Yeah. But you’ve got it. You you’ve got it, and I love it. But But as easy as it is for us to do this right here, right now, you know, we’re taking a lifetime in deconstructing what we’ve learned Since we were small, and it starts when we enter school. You get a star if you were good or a happy sticker.

Laura Kåmark [00:10:58]:

Yep.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:10:58]:

And if you weren’t, you didn’t get it or worse, you got a upside down smile, which is the sad face. And that continues with grades and promotions and raises. And even when you get your own business with clients being happy and and referring you, It’s always external, something outside of you. Mhmm. And we’ve been taught to define ourselves that way.

Laura Kåmark [00:11:23]:

So with your clients, when you do, like, gratitude practices, do you have what are some of the things you do with them?

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:11:30]:

So I asked them to make a list of the things that they’re grateful for, and I always tell them That the thing can’t be something tangible. These are the intangible things. And if you need to start with something you can touch, You have to start with you. So I’m grateful I have 2 fingers 10 fingers. Excuse me. I’m grateful I have 2 hands. And then it transcends to gosh. I am so grateful to be able to experience this time right now, to be alive, To have the opportunities that I have, and it just continues to open up.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:12:10]:

And the reason that we do that is because we want to be able to put a label on the things that matter to us. Mhmm. So like I mentioned, for me, it’s joy, Peace, fulfillment. For someone else, it’s it is going to be something else, and there’s everything right with that. I just really want my clients to understand and those watching this right now that if somebody were to take away Everything that you have, and it was gone in an instant, that you could still be joyful. And from that, you could rebuild your life. You you don’t get caught up in a long term depression where you can’t move because that’s what happens when you Place your entire value on things, and they are taken away, then you have no anchor to this world. And then you’re depressed, and it is hard to come out of that.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:13:13]:

And no one else can pull you out of that. That’s something you have to do on your own.

Laura Kåmark [00:13:20]:

Oh my goodness. Do you have any sort of suggestions for our audience of, like, how often would you recommend that they practice doing like, writing down their gratitude list? Is that like do it daily, do it weekly? Is there is there a special formula here or just do it?

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:13:39]:

So if you are disciplined enough to Just do it then go on and rock on my brothers and sisters. Right? I need structure. So I do it every day. 1st thing in I know. Right? Soul system. I do it first thing in the morning when I wake up, the house is quiet, nobody is Pulling on mom or wifey for things in in in action. Right? And so I get up and I do my gratitude affirmations. I do my prayers.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:14:09]:

I stretch my body, and then I sit down for extended meditation and thanksgiving. And during that time, I then go Quiet so I can get the divine download as to what next, what now, or if it’s just be still. And every day is something different, and this powers you for your day. Now if you miss a day, will the world cave in? No. Absolutely not. This is really about you affirming you, expanding you for

Laura Kåmark [00:14:43]:

the more.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:14:44]:

Because Everything that we have been taught is to be competitive and to to achieve. That’s good. The world changes. The world improves because we find problems and we design products and services To address them. That’s how we eat. Right? That’s a good thing. But we can’t get sucked down the pipe So that if those things don’t produce every day, because they don’t. Businesses are cyclical.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:15:16]:

Mhmm. That we don’t become Depressed and continuously saddened because what we’ve anchored into is no longer there. And so the gratitude practices help to remind us that this life is for us.

Laura Kåmark [00:15:37]:

I love that so much. I love gratitude practices. I love hearing how people do them, and it’s something I’ve just found really fascinating. I feel like there’s been a lot of a number of guests who have come on the show that have talked about different gratitude, and I love it. I think it’s amazing. I love that there’s more talk about it and that there’s more of a focus on it in today’s world than there was, you know, even just 5 years ago. I feel like people weren’t really talking about it that much.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:16:02]:

I totally agree with that. And the and those who were brave enough to talk about it, particularly in more, I wanna say professional settings, more analytically targeted industries. So finance, accounting, architecture, engineering, people were looking them weird. I mean, I’m like, do you realize that all of us put on a mask And then go to work. And then we go home and we take that off. If you did your gratitude practices and Started to really like who you are, and didn’t define yourself by your profession and your your title and your certifications in education, then you could show up authentically as the same person wherever you are. It is right? I mean, it is exhausting being 1 person at your religious center, Another person at work, another person at home. Let’s integrate these personalities.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:17:06]:

You’re a wonderful being, But you have to believe that.

Laura Kåmark [00:17:10]:

Yeah. Oh, absolutely. So how would you say I mean, at the beginning, we went over your bio, and, like, there’s A lot going on in there. You’ve accomplished a lot. You have, like, all these businesses going on. Really?

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:17:24]:

So kind the way you said. There’s a lot going on.

Laura Kåmark [00:17:26]:

That was so good. What would you I mean, like, even just in terms of, like, as a lawyer, how would you say that Having, you know, kinda changing your gratitude and being more focused on that, bringing more joy, how has that changed how you show up as a lawyer?

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:17:43]:

Oh my goodness. Let me tell you. Since I have changed that focus, my law practice has expanded. And that is the reason that I’m saying, ladies and gentlemen, take off the mask. Show up authentically as you Stop looking to these things, these clients to define you and your self worth and value. Because Once you start resonating at that vibration of confidence, your clients come to you. I have 2 clients that chased me down this year, and I say it like that because I bet I met both of them at conferences. I talked to them.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:18:28]:

We had a good conversation. And then, you know, how people are pulling at you because they were pulling at them and me. We said, we’re gonna get together, and it didn’t happen. I did not plug in their contact information in my phone like I normally do. Either one of them, which is weird. Right? And they had to find me on LinkedIn. They’re sending me inboxes. I’m like, I don’t know these people.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:18:54]:

Found my number, called me, reminded me, and they were like, I need you to send me a retainer so we can start working together. You’re asking to send me money. You had to work to find me. When does that happen? I am not egotistical enough to believe that I am the only lawyer I’m not Or the best. I do work hard, but we had the resonance because I was real. Yeah. And we all have that power, but we gotta believe, and we gotta act, and we gotta do.

Laura Kåmark [00:19:37]:

I love that so much. I was, on an expert panel earlier today for in a private group, and One of the questions that was asked was about, like, where I find clients and how and some things with that. And I said, you know, for me, it’s all about building relationship. And I was doing a whole presentation on part of my process, and I was saying, you know, I do a lot of calls with my clients because I want I wanna build that relationship. I with my clients, I have these long term relationships with them where we you know, I get so ingrained in their business. I know what’s going on. I do all the website and the text end. And then as they continue to, like, grow and evolve their business, I get to go along for the ride, and I love that.

Laura Kåmark [00:20:16]:

And so I was telling the ladies on the call. I said, you know, for me, it’s really just about having those calls so we can connect more so that we can build that relationship stronger. And that’s I mean, the clients that I’ve I’ve I’ve been real lucky lately that I’ve got all I got these great clients that come in at but I really do think it’s just the relationship building, and then we find the personalities that really seem to mesh well instead of the ones that don’t.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:20:43]:

That is exactly right. Well said.

Laura Kåmark [00:20:47]:

Well, I wanna talk a little bit about your book.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:20:51]:

Okay. Yes.

Laura Kåmark [00:20:53]:

So tell me I okay. I wanna hear about this. 1st off, I wanna hear about the process of what it was like to write your book and what sort of mindset stuff you had to Overcome to get to get through you know, from page 1 to the end.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:21:11]:

So the book is entitled Live Life on Fire, The ultimate guide to a successful life full of peace, joy, and fulfillment. And this book was a little different from my Previous books because I normally focus on women in leadership and business. And while there are many examples Of professional situations because I believe we are holistic beings. I also have a lot of personal. So relationship with hubby, with daughter, friendship as well because all of those things matter and they factor into the person that we are. In writing this book, I Very much rely on the, the download. So I’ll take a long walk or Just be sitting quietly or driving somewhere and the spirit starts talking. And I just speak what I am hearing into my phone.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:22:09]:

I love these phones. They just convert everything that you’re saying into words. Great transcription service. Right? I go through later, and during the editing process, I put it all together and then send it off to my editor to make sure I have not made Huge boo boos. Right? And then send it off for printing. And this book really anchors into the spiritual side because we’re getting down to what are we living for. And so I divided into 4 sections to answer that question. What we’re really living for is a life of awe.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:22:52]:

And so it’s living and breathing. It’s being present in the current moment. It is enjoying silence. It’s living in flow. And those 4 states, Once you get through them, will allow you to lit use all of your skills, gifts, and talents to be the best person you can be And then show up as the best professional for your clients. I actually share a story at the end of the book As an example of me living in awe of tapping into my spiritual side with one of my long time clients. She I think I met her I think she’d been in business 6 months, And it’s now been 15 years.

Laura Kåmark [00:23:44]:

Wow.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:23:45]:

Have, worked with her, and she scaled her business from working from home to now multiple offices and 50 boys. I mean, true success. Right? And so we’re friends now after that. And we’re on the phone having a business conversation, and I say to her, now I’ve had experiences like this before, but I’ve never actually said this to anybody unless known a legal client. You know, your mother is very proud of you. Now keeping in mind, her mother has been going now for 6 years, And I only met her once, but I was able to tell her exactly what her mother said and to Mimic the body and the expression, and she was just so overcome by that because and I wouldn’t know this. During her prayers, she had asked, are are you proud? And we forget that the person that’s sitting across from us, This high powered, very put together, professional person is still a person. They have hopes and they have dreams.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:24:54]:

And if you can tap into that part of you that helps them To feel better about their the way that they show up in the world. Well, that’s a huge thing. That’s something that people will chase you down to work with you for. And just like you said, it’s about relationships.

Laura Kåmark [00:25:15]:

Yeah. Absolutely. Oh, I love that story. That’s beautiful. You made my my eyes get all teary. Oh, no. That was a beautiful story. I love it.

Laura Kåmark [00:25:26]:

That must have been just so magical for her, for your client. I love it. To dry my eyes, I’m gonna change gears a little bit. Okay. I wanna you mentioned that there’s a you love these phones and the tools and the tech and all that. And as someone who is a total, like, tech person, all things websites, all things tech, I would love to know what is some of the tech that is, like, your absolute Favorite tech that you use.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:25:53]:

Let me tell you. So AI is my buddy, my pal, my friend. I’m serious. I, my daughter is now 16. And so she was looking for some extra money over the summer, but I did not want to be on pickup and drop off duty and need dinner there. So I was like, well, let me tell you. We have a project at the church. We are trying to build out our financial literacy program for teens.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:26:19]:

I want you to build the program. And so she did so with chat gpt. So that was the first thing, and then she reinforced it with, a, oh my goodness. The other one. I don’t remember. And but and the book is now being completed with designer or with two r’s. And we’re doing the flyers and customization with Canva.

Laura Kåmark [00:26:45]:

Mhmm.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:26:45]:

Right? And building the website out with Wix. And, of course, doing the email as well. And so those are my faves. Those are my top 5, I think I named, and they have made life so easy. Love, love, love.

Laura Kåmark [00:27:05]:

When you’re doing dictation on your phone, what do you used for recording.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:27:10]:

So I have an Android, and so I use the Keep app. I’m not sure what it’s called for, iPhones, but I know that iPhone users have such an app. And it organizes everything as a note, And you can have it, imported to the Google Drive as a doc. So it’s already ready to go. It’s beautiful.

Laura Kåmark [00:27:35]:

So you open up Keep, hit record, and then it’ll Transcribe it and put it into a Google Doc.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:27:42]:

Yes. What? Yes. Yes. Yes.

Laura Kåmark [00:27:48]:

I mean, I’ll I use Google Keep on my iPhone. Oh, really? I think it’s Google. Yeah. Google Keep because it’s just connected to my, My Google Drive and I have, like, a a joint, shopping list with my husband that’s shared with him. And so we can we’ve been at, like, Trader Joe’s at the same time before, and we, like, Divide and conquer, and we’re able to, like, check things off the list as we’re, like, getting everything.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:28:10]:

I love it. Yes.

Laura Kåmark [00:28:12]:

But, otherwise, I just Try to keep it updated with things so that when he you know, if he’s like, oh, I’m gonna run by the storm. Like, here’s all the things we need. He’s like, where is that again? I’m like, it’s in I’ll send it to you. It’s in that Google Keep. But I did not know that I could record in there, and it would transcribe it and put it in a Google Doc. You just changed my life, in more ways than one.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:28:34]:

Yeah. On your keyboard, there’s a little microphone. And if you click on it, you can use that in any app. And so that’s what I’m using in Kate Keep.

Laura Kåmark [00:28:43]:

Okay. This is amazing. I’m very excited to go test this out. Well, go. What would you say in terms of, like, Your coaching practice, what would you say that you’re doing that’s being very bold in the industry? Something you’re doing different than some of the other coaches.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:29:00]:

So one of the things that I’m doing is I do not have the high ticket offer. And I do that on purpose because I Very much get the impression that people, they get in these programs, they expect life changing, results, but without continuing the work after the program is over. And I I’ve been in programs like that myself. I tell all my clients, this is the program. It’s a year. This is the fee per month. And it’s a year, not because it’s actually gonna take a year for us to do the work, but I need to ensure that this is, like, forever for you. I I don’t want you to backslide, and I need to be there to be supportive of you.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:29:45]:

And for those clients who Don’t do the work between those 2 appointments we have during the month. I tell them, hey. When you’re ready, Because I know I can get crazy. Let’s come back to this. But right now, now is not a good time. But I know for a fact that there are coaches out there who would just Continue to take the money, and if you didn’t do anything during the 2 weeks, oh, well. That’s not consistent with my calling.

Laura Kåmark [00:30:13]:

Yep. I love that. So is your so your program’s a 12 month. Is it 1 on individual coaching? Is it group coaching? What what’s sort of the container that that’s in?

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:30:22]:

Yeah. So it is actually both. So I have the individual meeting and then the small group meeting. And I find that that works better because when you have 3 other people holding you accountable. Normally, you will do the works. You don’t wanna show up as the only person who didn’t do. And also, you know, allows for more fun and building relationships that will continue on. Yeah.

Laura Kåmark [00:30:47]:

I love group coaching. That is my favorite container to be a part of coaching in because of what you just said, the building relationships with the other people in the program. I find that hearing the coaching a lot of times that other people are getting can still relate to me, and I’m like, oh, that makes so much sense for what I can do. So Yeah. It’s I think there’s so much value in group coaching. I love that. So what would you say so I am a huge fan of celebrating wins. I do lots of cheese plates.

Laura Kåmark [00:31:19]:

If you follow me on Instagram, as my listeners know, I post lots of cheese plates Of I I launched a cheese course earlier this year just because it was very on brand, I swear. It’s my little passion project. But I would love to know what is something that you’re really proud of of yourself and that you’ve accomplished in your business that we can celebrate you.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:31:40]:

That is so kind. So one of the things that I am very proud of myself was sharing, my money story. That is not One thing that I, grew up feeling that that was okay. We didn’t talk about money. Mhmm. That was private. And if somebody asked, it was none of your business. Mhmm.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:32:04]:

And I did not understand until I got older that, well, Larry Reed, a awesome YouTuber that I follow, and he has a, a great following. He said it best. He said, Money is actually the lowest form of prosperity. And what he he meant by that is that by the time money shows up, There are so many other things that had to happen that you can’t start there as the determination of whether a person is living the way they need to. Right. It it has to start in the mind, in the heart, and then you speak and then you act and then money shows up. And so because I’ve had So many health challenges. I would build up a greatness dead and then it’d be decimated.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:32:51]:

And then I build it up again, and I I I realized, you know, this is something that another person could use how to do that. Like, why I don’t get scared because there’s a system to this. But it’s not a system that anybody would actually tell you about because that would require them to be vulnerable and transparent about their own story. So I created a, online course, Ashley that launches Black Friday and a corresponding book that is free if you get into the course. And it I made it inexpensive So that anybody could do it. It’s $20. But it’s the 12, spiritual principles of money magic. And yeah.

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:33:37]:

And I I’m very proud of myself for opening myself up to what comes because there might be criticism. There might be people saying, but there are also gonna be so many people who’ll be able to use this tool tool and be blessed by it. And I’m good with it.

Laura Kåmark [00:33:53]:

I love that. Oh, and I’ll link that up in the show notes too so our listeners can go check it out. Oh, I love this. I could Sit and talk to you all day. This is so much fun. I do have 1 question I ask all my guests who come on the show, And that is, what is 1 piece of advice you would give to someone when they are growing and scaling their business that would help them be bolder, be louder, and make waves?

Lynita Mitchelle-Blackwell [00:34:19]:

The first thing that I would tell you is to surround yourself with good people. There is nothing great that is accomplished in this world alone. You’ve got to have support.

Laura Kåmark [00:34:34]:

I love that so much. Lanita, thank you so much for coming on the show today. This was such an incredible conversation.
