How often will you run updates on my site?
I often wait a week or two after major updates are released to allow developers time to fix any issues before applying them to your site.
What's included in the WordPress Protection Plan?

What is the return/refund/cancellation policy?
Because of the nature of this service, there are no refunds once your WordPress Protection Plan has been set up. You can cancel the service at any time by providing written notice via email. Your plan will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle.
